How to Order:
Australia and International
Ordering online:
Simply click on the Paypal button shown. This will take you to Paypal where you can complete all the details and select your desired paypal payment method.
Or you may contact me to arrange alternate payment methods.

For downloadable items where selected, you will be presented with your download link via email immediately after payment via Paypal is completed. If you need an alternative method of delivery, please email me and I will email your files to you if preffered. Alternatively I can also email you a Word Doc if you are not able to access pdf files.

Please note that there is a different shopping cart setup for the Online Classes, with payment via Paypal going to Christine Charles and not Nioka Bears. As such, if you wish to purchase something from the classes section, you will need to complete these purchases seperately to those of the patterns.

Australia:
• I accept payments by credit card online using Paypal.
• Cheques - Made payable to Christine Welsh. Please allow time for these to clear.
• Money orders.
• Direct Debit

International:
• I accept payments by credit card online using Paypal.

Please use the Universal Currency Converter TM to help you with currency conversion however please feel free to email me if you need help!

• Western Union Money Transfer
• International Money Orders......These must be in Australian dollars.

Payment Terms:
Payment in full - One initial payment for the total value of the item/s ordered plus shipping (includes *insurance & packing). Orders will be despatched ASAP upon receipt and clearance of funds. If you have ordered more than one item, there will be a price adjustment/reduction for shipping. This will be refunded to you. Alternatively, please contact me for larger quantities to arrange shipping prior to ordering or to obtain a quote.

Layby/Layaway - These are accepted using the Paypal subscription button available by clicking the Layby link on each individual bears page. Four (4) equal monthly payments, including the shipping, are required. Please note that should you cancel your order prior to shipment the initial payment is non refundable but all payments over and above this shall be refunded in full. Please contact me if you require a different payment plan to the one provided as I am flexible. Other options include fortnightly payments or longer term.

Postage, packaging and insurance costs are included in the prices shown for each country on the individual items page. These are the amounts payable except where there are more than one item ordered in which case a shipping adjustment/reduction amount shall be refunded to you. Alternatively, please contact me with your requirements and shipping will be calculated for your specific order.

Taxes and Charges
Please note that any import taxes or other charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you are concerned that these may apply to you please check with your local customs office prior to purchase!
